Hello all,
I am writing a short article for the World Watch Institute on the need to teach children to “think in systems” both now and in the future. I feel good about the rationale — there are so many reasons! I’d like to highlight one or two case studies and/or research (global if possible) that demonstrates the value/effect of teaching systems thinking.

I do wish I was I as able to make Camp Snowball this summer. I’m sure there was a treasure trove of exemplars there.

If you want to check out past reports,  here is a link to the 2010 report, which is inspired by systems thinking--exploring how we can and should go about in transforming cultures from orienting on consumerism to orienting on sustainability.

Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts!  I will of course share the final article when it’s ready to go.

My best,
Linda Booth Sweeney
