One of the big two for me: Joseph Campbell and Jay Forrester.  The world is different because of his vision, a more comprehensible and hopeful place. 

What a grand and generous life he led!

Jay Forrester, the creator of system dynamics, instigator and long-time supporter of the system dynamics in K-12 education, died last night.  He was 98.  He was our teacher, mentor and friend.  His spirit and guidance will be missed.
