There is a militant deaf community that were on our fb page, none of which lived in O'Fallon. I told them if they don't like it dont use it. We have already given out 10 to deaf people and families with deaf children. I just ignore the vocal minority.

Hey just a heads up. We made some stickers for the deaf some time ago.

You wouldn’t believe the hostility it caused with some of the deaf.

Others were very appreciative. Maybe since this has other disabilities along with it... it won’t be like that.

But they said we were putting a target on their backs to be robbed and a whole bunch of other stuff.

It was on our Facebook a couple years ago. To be honest I quit doing it because it was more trouble than it was worth.

I hate Facebook. LOL. I think one person got a multitude upset. I had to meet people and take calls for weeks.
