Registration Open: A Framework for Performance Measurement in Mental Health Crisis Services Webinar

April 14, 2020, 2:00-3:00 p.m. ET

Register today for the first webinar in the Crisis Response Models series to hear about how an Arizona program emphasizes the Crisis Reliability Indicators Supporting Emergency Services (CRISES) domains and its measures to ensure excellence in crisis services.

Connections Health Solutions in Tucson, Arizona, developed the CRISES framework to create measures that inform internal performance improvement initiatives and allow comparison across programs. The framework consists of two components—the CRISES domains (timely, safe, accessible, least-restrictive, effective, consumer/family-centered, and partnership) and the measures supporting each domain. The CRISES framework provides a foundation for the development of standardized measures for the crisis field.

Following the webinar, there will be a 60-minute open-format discussion group for webinar participants to take a deeper dive into the material and present questions to the speakers. Come prepared with questions for a one-on-one conversation.
