Good morning!

I wanted to pass along information on an upcoming book from Kim Colegrove.  As you may know, Kim is from Kansas City Missouri and provided a pre-conference workshop on Mindfulness & Meditation – Learn to Pause at the 2018 MO CIT Conference held in Columbia, Missouri.

The PauseFirst Project and this book are dedicated to former police officers and Retired Special Agent, David Colegrove.  This is a self-help book for first responder resilience and well being.

In 2017, more police officers and firefighters died from suicide than line-of-duty deaths.

I wanted to share this opportunity (and hope that you will too) mainly because self-care is such an important topic, especially for first responders.

Thank you!

Subject: can you take a quick look at this?

Hi Kimberly!

I am writing a book to help first responders and I'm reaching out to friends/allies/like-minded people/supporters of first responders to help me get the word out. I have to prove to publishers that there is an audience for the book, and I'm running out of time!

Would you mind taking a peek at my book campaign and then sharing the link with anyone you know who might be willing to support and/or share the campaign as well?

Thank you for your time and for any help you can offer!

Happy Holidays,

Kim
