We do not have Vol. 5 no. 3, but our Kardex record shows that Vol. 4 no. 1 was received at Linda Hall Library on March 15, 1993.

This is an odd request that came from a law librarian in Denver. He is looking for a PAPER record of when the following issues of Internet World were received in libraries: 
Volume 4, Number 1; January/February 1993
Volume 5, Number 3; May 1994

Does anyone still have a cardex on which this information might have been recorded?
