I am trying to replace a copy of the periodical Closed Loop v.3, no.6, summer 1973.

The ISSN is 0739-036X and it was published by MTS Systems Corp.  I sent an email to MTS Corp., but got no reply.  Does anyone know how I could find a back issue for this publication?
