Gentle colleagues,

 

            I am cataloging a USGPO publication (OCLC # 32327063) which says it is available online, but alas, the link is broken and there is no PURL for a redirect.

 

            Is there someone I should contact at GPO?  Should I change the record to say the link does not work and include the date?  For now I am just making local changes, but as a CONSER/pcc institution we like to do more when we can J
