Hello out there. I've been trying to get our library's use statistics
for this database and am having no success. When I try to run a report
it says there are no use statistics for our institution; then I noticed
they said they no longer provide "individual" use reports, only
"consortial", but when I tried to access the consortial statistics (we
do purchase the database through a local consortium) I got the same
thing- insufficient data. When I contacted them via their web page
they said we had no subscription with them, which isn't the case
either. I'm wondering if anyone else out there has had this problem
and can give me any suggestions on how to get our statistics. I'd
greatly appreciate any help you can give us. Thanks in advance for
