You need to wait till the December issue comes out:

 

The December 2010 issue will be the last issue of the U.S. News monthly print magazine. For those who have issues remaining on their subscription, the cover of the December issue will have information regarding the publisher who will fulfill the remainder of the subscription and whom to contact with questions.

direct subscription:

 

Thank you for your recent inquiry. U.S. News is remaining in business. It

is, however, discontinuing its monthly print magazine as well as the

monthly digital version of the U.S. News magazine. It will continue to

distribute the U.S. News Weekly digital publication.

 

They didn't explain HOW to get the

We decided to email customer service  usnews@emailcustomerservoce.com

and got very good results by simply letting them know we wanted to

subscribe to the print version.  Hope this helps.
