We are in the same boat, but we’re also with EBSCO. Last we
heard was in October 2010 when our EBSCO rep reported that the phone number was
not working and the fax had been shut down. She emailed the manager and office,
but as of today, has heard no response. We’ve also had no luck with making
calls ourselves.
