I am trying to put together some market research on subscription management agents as my library will be looking for a new subscription service this year.
Specifically is anyone familiar with any guidelines or recommendation for choosing a subscription management service that I might refer to? I see that there was some
discussion of this in 2003-2004 on the list, but I am looking for something more recent than this. I searched the archives, but couldn’t find much that was recent that I could reference.
