Hi, Bonnie.  Would this same opportunity be available for other conferences, say NASIG, Brick and Click, and the Kansas Library Association conferences?

WT Cox Subscriptions Announces Travel Grant/Scholarship for ALA Midwinter 2012

11-14-11, Shallotte NC. WT Cox Subscriptions, a full service subscription agency, announced a new travel grant program for ALA Midwinter attendees.  Applicants must complete a very short survey in order to be considered for this travel grant/scholarship.  The survey/application for the travel grant may be found by visiting www.wtcox.com/midwinter2012

“We know that budgets are tough and spending on travel to conferences is being reduced, so we wanted to help a librarian out in a very concrete way.  The survey also gives us some insight into why people attend national conferences and what information they are seeking” say Bonnie Cribbs of WT Cox Subscriptions.   The survey can be completed in a few minutes, and immediately makes one eligible to be selected for the travel grant.

WT Cox Subscriptions will use ALA Midwinter to feature its subscription services, further promote its eBook program of over 3 Million research oriented eBooks, and demonstrate Journal Finder, an A-Z List, Link Resolver and ERM Solution.

For more information about the travel grant/scholarship, please contact G. Bonnie Cribbs at 800-571-9554 x 252 or Bonnie@wtcox.com
