thanks everyone for your advice on switching/not switching vendors. My colleague at the other college was pleased with many of the recommendations. They are not hoping to switch or wanting to switch, but their admin. has found out that some other vendors have a lower service charge than their current vendor. Several people sent me very good advice re: RFP's, comparing relative costs and expenses involved in moving all the titles.
