As some of you may recall, the Washington State Library was exploring the steps necessary to send out an RFP for our serials subscriptions. For those of you who would like to read our RFP (I recall there were several other people working on RFPs that wanted to see examples), and for the vendors on this list that would like to submit a proposal, please see the message below for the appropriate links.
