Yes, we also were informed that it is now open access at http://www.ala.org/lita/ital/  -- even though there is not an explicit statement.

We just received a credit memo from our agency indicating that Information Technology & Libraries, the publication of the Libraries and Information Technology Association of ALA, is now a free online publication.  I have not found an explicit statement of same on ALA's website.  Is there anyone familiar with this situation?
