A cataloging question here...<br><br>I might have a few CONSER-blessed OCLC bib records that require updating.  Since I don&#39;t have the authorization to make changes those master records, should I send the change requests through OCLC&#39;s usual channels?  Or is there a particular institution I should contact?<br>
