Has anyone had to submit an "exception" for a research database when the VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) did not satisfy the ADA requirements?  I am having to do this for our EBSCOHost databases.   /:)
I'm all in favor of accommodating those who have physical limitations, and we have JAWS in place, but this is a new layer of paperwork for me.

I have asked the person who is coordinating EIR compliance on our campus for some additional guidance, but thought I might benefit from outside help even better.
