We don't use tokens, but are trying the Get It Now unmediated service on a limited basis for Nature Publishing Group, to see if it would be a good substitute for high priced, low usage journals that aren't in aggregators.  They have other publishers participating, too.  I have it set up to go through SFX, using a deposit account; I get bimonthly invoice notices and usage stats.  The user sees an SFX menu, gets a confirmation email, and then the article is sent to the user's email as a PDF, usually within 8 hours, with a copy to the ILL Dept. in case of problems.  If the deposit account runs out, they notify me and we turn off the SFX linking.  There are copyright restrictions which the user agrees to before ordering, something like JSTOR.  Not used much yet, but seems to work well.

My library is considering different subscription methods, and using tokens/pay-per-view was on our list of things to investigate for more expensive journals.  Is anyone using the pay-per-view method right now?  How do you find it works for you?  How do you utilize it?  Do you have experience with products out there that aide in managing the token system?
