Verlagsgruppe means Publishing group

Wissenschaftsverlag means Science Publisher

Does anyone know if Oldenbourg Verlagsgruppe (GmBH) or if they merged? I cannot find an English translation of the Oldenbourg Verlagsgruppe website and I cannot read the German Wikipedia entry about them (my languages are Spanish, French and English).
