I have had some problems, but it really depends upon the publisher.   Some require action on my part in addition to what EBSCO does.   I wish they all allowed EBSCO to handle the whole process.  The larger houses seem to work the best.  I have found EBSCO to be extremely helpful in resolving these issues.

Subject: [SERIALST] EBSCO A-Z Bugs?

Has anyone experienced issues with EBSCO A-Z not showing your online access correctly?  Last year, we stopped subscribing to print and went online with the publisher for quite a few journals.  We select the journals on the admin side and everything looks ok.  However, on the reader site, our link is not visible.  EBSCO has been very good about fixing these issues for us as we report them (so it seems like something on their end?).  We were just curious if anyone else is having the same issues and if anyone knows why?

Thanks in advance,
