Albertsons Library, Boise State University, began using the renewal and cost data detail functionality of Serials Solutions beginning in June of this year.  We had decided to move from a 'home grown' database to Serials Solutions.

What we thought would be a 'steadily moving' workflow has been using Serials Solutions Resource Manager has become problematic due to extremely slow response time.  You search for a title in the Knowledgebase and it takes upwards up 90 seconds or more to obtain a response...or you are 'timed out' with an error message.  Also, additions/changes that should upload overnight to populate the Journals A-Z list take 48 or more hours to show up.

We are trying to determine whether this relates only to Boise State University activities or if other libraries/institutions are experiencing the same problems.
