Yeah, I’m pretty sure that’s the issue.  Ebsco usually pays for three years at a time, and I think we originally paid Paradigm and then that didn’t carry over to T and F.  I’m just not sure how to get our money back or if it’s even possible.

Black Scholar went from Paradigm Publishing to the omnipresent, Taylor & Francis. 

I don't know if this helps, but JSTOR has issues up to Vol. 44, No. 3, Winter 2014

Has anyone else had trouble getting the journal Black Scholar?  We haven’t received anything since vol.43, no.4 2013 and that was over a year ago.  Our Ebsco rep hasn’t been able to contact them.  According to their website they have recent issues.  I believe there was a publisher change.
