Tracie do you have a ticket we can attach ourselves to?    I see what you are talking about and it is different depending on the browser.  In Firefox, all search results show “Home page” where the thumbnail should be and a couple commas and a semi colon where the author/title would be.   Conducting the same search in Chrome, I get most of the results, and just a few with the “Home page” thumbnail with no text.

Thanks for alerting us to the problem,

I wasn't able to replicate this problem.  At the moment, the OUP search works for me.

Hi Tracie,

Yes - after submitting a search query I get an error message stating “there was a problem with our search system.”

So it looks like a widespread problem.

Hello,

I am wondering if anyone else is having a problem with Oxford Journals. Once you get to the site http://www.oxfordjournals.org/ and conduct a search, the results list does not fully resolve. The home page initially looks fine, it is after a search is conducted that the problem appears.

I submitted a ticket to Oxford last month, and they say that it is a known issue and is being investigated by HighWire.

Any thoughts?

Thanks for your time.
