Thanks for replying and sharing those tips. I just heard back from the publisher and apparently it was first an IP issue and then a miscommunication between our subscription agent and the publisher regarding our 2016 renewal. We’re back up and running. J

Mary, we are able to access our subscription at the University of South Florida.  Have you tried using a different browser?  Which one are you using right now?  It sounds like Acrobat and your browser are not playing well together.

Hi all,

 

We’re having access issues with a title of ours, Water Science & Technology from IWA Publishing. Initially I thought our issues were due to an IP update we had recently; however, we’re unable to access full-text content even after updating our admin account.

 

When trying to access full text, I see green checkmarks near the articles but when I click to access a pdf, the URL looks like a pdf, but then resolves back to the abstract page and I’m not able to access the full article.

 

I’ve been waiting to hear back from their customer support for quite a while, so I wanted to check with all of you to see if this sounded familiar.
