Hello Jennifer:

You can access lots of the PBS film docs (and lots more!) through a subscription to Films on Demand http://www.films.com/ecStreamingLanding.aspx.  Our faculty have been very happy with it.

[Apologies in advance if this is not the correct listserv to use for this question]

Does anyone know of a way to subscribe to PBS streaming videos?  I have tried to contact PBS directly, but never get any response.

I wish they had a database of their streaming videos for our college to purchase/subscribe to.

Our faculty are constantly requesting PBS films. We are an online college, so we need them to be in streaming format, and often these are very hard to track down.

Currently, we get some titles through our Alexander Street Press subscriptions, but those are on a rolling expiration cycle, so having them in perpetuity is unreliable. We also get some titles individually from Kanopy.

Any other tips on where to find these PBS videos?

Thank you in advance!

Jennifer
