We haven’t had any complaints, although, school hasn’t started yet.  The only problems I have had - it is slow and a little bit ‘jumpy’.  I agree that it would be nice to have the coverage listed somewhere at the top of the journal page.

The whole site is confusing. If the Serials Librarian can’t figure it out, how is a user who is unfamiliar with electronic resources going to find the issues. It doesn’t really state what issues we have access to unless you scroll down and make a couple of mouse clicks

I have a support ticket open because although it says at the top that access is provided by our institution, it is asking for login info and we should be IP authenticated.
