My EBSCO rep told me I could send submissions for the missing copy bank to her attention at EBSCO (to the address in her signature).

Veronica, are you referring to EBSCO’s Missing Copy Bank?  If so, you can call the Birmingham, AL office at the toll-free number and get the instructions that you need (800-633-4604).

There’s an FAQ for EBSCO’s Missing Copy Bank (see link below), but it doesn’t include how to SEND journal issues to them.
