I am new to my position as Serials Librarian and need to learn as much as I can about document delivery. My library offers only services through DocLine, which students pay for per article. First, I'd like to learn what other libraries are doing regarding DocLine, and what other services might be available for a library that has health, medical, and integrative health needs. Can anyone point me toward resources to learn (videos, books, good articles, etc.) or describe their library's offerings either here or privately at
