Dear Friends,
Thank you for the suggestions. I followed the link provided by several people for the DOCLINE listserv and the subscribe command resulted in a response from LISTSERV@list.nih.gov that no such listserv exists. I used the "List" command to review a full list of listservs offered by NIH and it is indeed not listed there.
I tried the "find" feature of my browser to search for DocLine among the list but came up with nothing.
Am I missing something?
with thanks,
Carissa

Dear Friends,
I am new to my position as Serials Librarian and need to learn as much as I can about document delivery. My library offers only services through DocLine, which students pay for per article. First, I'd like to learn what other libraries are doing regarding DocLine, and what other services might be available for a library that has health, medical, and integrative health needs. Can anyone point me toward resources to learn (videos, books, good articles, etc.) or describe their library's offerings either here or privately at serialscreed@gmail.com.

If this is an inappropriate question for this listserv, can you tell me what other Serials listserv groups I may join that could be of help?

with thanks,
Carissa
