We were recently contacted by an on-campus student who cannot view articles through 360 link from ProQuest Serial Solutions.  After several minutes, she receives a blank screen with an error message that www2.viterbo.edu took too long to load.

She is using Chrome and Windows 10 (I am asking her to try a different browser).  She said this is been happening since last year.  She is able to access all other library resources, including serial solutions sidebar helper (however, not of the article links the helper gives works for her).

Has anyone seen this before?
