Hi,

I am updating our ILL permissions form.  Can we just assume that for every print journal, we are allowed to scan an article to a user and send it through secure system (in our case OCLC Prime)?

Or can a publisher restrict this?  I understand publishers can restrict sending born-digital files in databases.

This is quite a complicated process, and I'm afraid will take a long time to update.
