The problem with this is that the indexes are citing articles in these issues as they are -- not as they are supposed to be.

It continues to get better—we just received the Jan. 30,2017 issue and it is V189 no.3? So there are two number 3s.

Both a call to Time’s  Customer Service office and checking issues in Academic Search Complete verified that the three most recent issues of Time are:  December 26, 2016/January 2. 2017, v.188 no.27-28; January 16, 2017,  v.189 no.3; and January 23, 2017, v.189 no.4.  No issue was publlished in between the first two of those, so there is no January 9 issue and there is no number  1 or number 2 for volume 189.
