Hi all,

 

I received a few requests for a summary report on responses to my query yesterday. A few replied that the new terms contained problematic language and they were looking for ways to move forward with the license. Another replied that the rep informed them they wouldn’t have to do a new license. Another replied that Clarivate was flexible in their negotiation but that it took a long time to finalize terms.

 

I appreciate all the feedback I received. Please continue to send your thoughts and/or strategies.
