Is anyone having problems with authentication using Open Athens on Atypon-based publisher platforms?

Ever since we moved to Open Athens, our users are having to deal with those annoying CAPTCHA challenges after each authentication, when they try to access any of our subscription journals who use Atypon as their platform provider.

Future Medicine seems to be the only publisher who was able to help us override the Captcha challenges from Atypon, by making an adjustment on our account.   Now we are having to deal with these on the SAGE platform also, and it is just not an optimal way to verify the identity of the user.

I'd be interested to hear back from anyone who has encountered this, as an Open Athens customer.  Off-post is fine, too.

Thanks so much for any information.

Best,

Joanne
