The Acquisitions unit at Oregon State University Libraries and Press is looking for someone with Serials experience to join a fast-paced, hardworking, and positive team. (We are also looking for a Monograph-focused Library Technician 3 (LT3) through another search. That posting can be found here.)

Some of the key required qualifications include:

 

·       Minimum two years of current (within the last 10 years) hands-on experience managing print serials (including analyzed-serials classed together or separately) and knowledge of serials bibliographic records.

 

·        Minimum one year of experience processing invoices and credits.

 

·       One year of current experience (within the last 4 years) maintaining library electronic resources in an ILS.

 

·       Minimum two years of experience copy cataloging and using online bibliographic databases.

The monthly salary for this classified position is limited to the range of $2825 -$4259. Starting salary is commensurate with experience, and is not negotiable outside of the noted range.
