I am looking for recommendations for document delivery suppliers. We currently use Reprints Desk, which integrates well with our discovery and link resolver set-ups, but my library needs to expand on the document delivery options for our students and faculty.
I am leaning toward adding an account with Get It Now -- but I wonder if there are others that librarians have been particularly happy with, in terms of fill rates and cost.
