Hello, everyone.

I have a question for those of you who have used Reprints Desk. Is it possible to integrate it into your ERM and still have staff mediation? We want to have the ability for the patron to see it as an option so they don't just give up and think it's not available, but we want to mediate it for cost reasons also.

I am not interested in hearing from any vendors.
