Our contract with HF Group requires our shipments to be of a minimum size before  they will pick It up.  If it doesn’t meet the minimum, then we are required to ship the volumes ourselves, which we have not done.  There aren’t a lot of commercial binderies that accommodate libraries anymore.

Hello,

We usually bind around 60 volumes a year.  The bindery HF Group used to pick up and return our serials by truck, but now they are requiring us to mail.  I am sure the shipping will be a large percentage of our budget.

Has anyone else experienced this situation?  What bindery do you use?  We are located in La Crosse, Wisconsin.  Maybe we'll have to bind a smaller amount.

Thank you for your help.
