Core webinar: Building a holistic employee engagement framework

All webinars are one hour in length and begin at 11 am Pacific, noon Mountain, 1 pm Central, and 2 pm Eastern time.

 

Description: This webinar will provide a reading list for participants who wish to explore each of the areas mentioned in more detail such as: 1. Workforce planning guides 2. Reducing bias in the job interview and hacking the job interview process 3. HR best practices for employee development and onboarding 4. Holistic talent reviews and career planning. In addition, participants will be engaged with polls and brief discussion opportunities throughout the session and will be provided with a handout that they can take back to their institutions to help them outline an employee engagement plan for their libraries, regardless of size and type.

Presenter:

Cinthya Ippoliti is the Director of the Auraria Library. She provides direct administrative leadership for library services, spaces, partnerships, and programming on the tri-institutional Auraria Campus which includes the University of Colorado, Denver; Metropolitan State University of Denver, and Community College of Denver and collectively serves approximately 45,000 highly diverse students in an urban setting.
