We use Bridgeport National bindery in Agawam, Ma and they do all of this
for us also, at no extra charge.

Our bindery, Ridley's, specifically asks that we do NOT trim pages to be
added, but let them do it to their specifications.  If I were you, I would
look into getting another binder.

Buddy,

The State Library of Ohio uses Heckman Bindery out of Indiana.  The binder
sill trim inserted pages to fit.  Depending on the item and the size of
the page, i may or maynot trim the pages to close to the original size
[often it depends on how the item fits into the box with untrimmed pages].
