   My library does not have the title in question, but it sounds like
the title change is justified since it does include a change in
subject coverage.  I would recommend that YOU do the title change
(i.e. create the new record in OCLC) and then fill out OCLC's
electronic bibliographic change report, (to add the 785 to the old
title, and close off the 362, etc.) at:
