I received a letter along with the second December issue saying that it
was a replacement.  They made a mistake in titling the first "Global
Health and Nursing Practice."  The correct title is "Scholarship for the
21st Century."  Otherwise, the two issues are the same.

We have Vol. 41 bound--the last issue is August 1998, (no. 10).

According to our check-in records, we also received Vol. 42, no. 10
(August 1999) on
7/14/99.
