There has been a lot of trouble at that university which was just
recently resolved.  There was a 9+month strike.  This is probably the
reason for the delay.

no.76). The info on how to contact the publisher appears identical to

UNAM, the entire campus, was on strike & closed until @ a couple of
weeks
ago. Classes have resumed in most of the schools/colleges, and I would
hope
they'll soon resume their publishing schedule. We do not subscribe to
Cuadernos Americanos but get several publications from the Instituto de
Investigaciones Juridicas of the School of Law at UNAM & they were also
suspended.
