Seems like a great service. I have not received the "manual" yet, but would like to hear what others have experienced with this service. Mostly we use it for claims, but we check publication information as well as order titles using it (along with e-mailing our service rep). I like it and hope they get all phases online before too long. (Invoicing isn't loaded yet). I find it much easier to use than their old Telnet system of claiming.
