I have just started using it for checking claim status. Seems like a
great service. I have not received the "manual" yet, but would like to
hear what others have experienced with this service.

We use Sub Depot on a daily (sometimes hourly) basis. Mostly we use it
for claims, but we check publication information as well as order titles
using it (along with e-mailing our service rep).

I like it and hope they get all phases online before too long. (Invoicing
isn't loaded yet).

Christina,

Yes, I have used Subscription Depot for about 6 months, to claim issues,
to confirm that claims have been satisfied, and to find out when a
publisher has cashed Faxon's check. I find it much easier to use than
their old Telnet system of claiming.

I use it all the time for claims, ordering, looking at our invoice
information for titles. Considering that it is a free service, I don't
know any good reasons not to use it.

I use it for claiming, and am liking it so far. It does have a few bugs,
but they're fairly simple to work around or ignore, and the people are
prompt and helpful - and I tend to be a high-maintenance customer. Eg, I
ask a *lot* of questions:)

I have just started to use it. It is not completely functional, as in
reporting. I have however been pleased with Faxon as a company and their
customer service reps get on things right away.
