Can anyone tell me if Fortune printed a volume 142 issue #8?
My records show Oct 2, 2000 as v. 142:7 and Oct  16, 2000 as v. 142:9.
Since Fortune is a biweekly with specials in between, I need to know
what date or special name to use to make a claim if one is needed.
