Jane & ALL:

I have also been wondering about this. The last index we have bound is
for our v. 30, 1997. We had bound our 1998 year end but had held off
our 1999 year end volume until we had received all of our 2000, still
with NO index for 1999.

I have pulled our 1999 & 2000 year end volumes are going to bind without.

Now this is an Elsevier title. I vaguely r(VERY VAGUE) remember
something about 2 years ago (I think Elsevier) had indicated that
in the state of New York, there was something about if you
published an index, then the catagory(?) of the publication changed
and there was some sort of tax that had to be paid???

(This could be some aberrant nightmare I dreamed up. Does anyone
else out there recall something like this??)

Hi Listers

Please, anyone who subscribes to Journal of Biomechanics 0021-9290 - is
there an index? Is it separate?
I can't seem to get an answer from the publisher.

Thanks for checking. Jane
