One more follow-up from the publisher:  v. 63: 1 & 2 are not printed yet, so
you couldn't have received them.  Anticipated publication date for v. 63 is
August 2001.  Go back and check those issues and make sure you've got them
checked in correctly.  The publisher also assures me that she is happy to
fill any claims for missing issues.
