Dear Steve,

You are definitely not alone in your frustration!  It probably isn't your
subscription agent, and it probably isn't you.  It's just that a
fulfillment house like Neodata/Centrobe is not set up to handle
subscriptions from anyone other than an individual person.  You get three
lines of address, with about 20 characters per line; don't even think about
having a more complex address than that.

I wish I had an answer for you.  I've been struggling with this one myself,
but I haven't come up with a good solution.  If you find one, or if anyone
else has one, be sure to let me know!
