Our receipt history for the past four years shows the yearbooks received
in the fall.  Last year it was Oct.

I also recommend contacting the IMF directly to plead your case for a
missing yearbook.  It worked for us when it took us 6 months to realize
that we hadn't received the latest yearbook.
